Hon. Natukunda made the remarks today during her campaign meetings held in Kyaburere, Kazindiro, and Katerampungu parishes in Bugangari Sub-county.

She highlighted some of her achievements in the health sector, noting that she has already supported Bugangari Health Centre IV and Burembo Health Centre II with hospital beds and other essential items, adding that she intends to extend support to more health facilities.

Natukunda asked the residents to give her another term so she can complete the remaining pledges in her manifesto.

Addressing concerns about electricity, she clarified that power extension is not the mandate of a Member of Parliament, explaining that electricity comes from Jinja through government programs. She assured residents that the government already has plans to extend electricity to Bugangari Sub-county.

She pledged to continue improving access to clean water and supporting education as key drivers of development in the area.

Hon. Natukunda emphasized that the people of Rukungiri deserve leaders who understand their local challenges and are committed to effective service delivery. She encouraged residents to remain patient as government works to bring electricity to their communities.
