Ntungamo, Uganda – The Ntungamo Chief Magistrate’s Court, presided over by His Worship Gordon Muhimbise, has adjourned a land case until April 29, 2025.

According to the complaint, Mugisha Benson, 60, of Nkongooro Nyabihoko, alleges that the accused individuals not only removed boundary marks but also physically assaulted his son.
However, Chief Magistrate Muhimbise postponed the case due to a lack of witnesses and warned that the case may be dismissed if witnesses fail to appear after multiple adjournments.
The adjournment highlights the importance of witness testimony in ensuring a fair trial. As noted in legal guidelines, courts may adjourn cases to allow parties to gather evidence or witnesses.
The court’s decision provides an opportunity for the complainant to gather necessary witnesses and evidence to support their claims.
