CRIME INTELLIGENCE. Kasese Police nets 34 including Notorious Gang Members

The Rwenzori East Region -Kasese police spokesperson SP Nelson Tumushime

KASESE: Thirty four criminals were arrested due to a vigilant Intelligence Operation conducted by Bwera Police in coordination with sister agencies in response to public outcry.

According to the Rwenzori East Region- Kasese Police spokesperson SP Nelson Tumushime, 21 of the criminals were vetted with the outcome that they were found to be habitually terrorizing the border area.

SP Nelson added that individuals were arraigned in court where they were charged and remanded to Bwera Government Prison until 29 January 2025.

The Rwenzori East Region- Kasese Police spokesperson added that the B13 and Gaza Criminal gangs have been terrorizing Kasese for quite some time.
