NTUNGAMO, UGANDA – The Chief Executive Officer of Free and Rich Uganda, Aijuka Rodgers, has challenged the general public to firmly reject sectarian politics based on tribe, religion, or gender to maintain the peace and security established by the NRM government.

Rodgers made these remarks on October 17, 2025, while addressing NRM supporters at the launch of the NRM Mobilization Task Force under the theme “Protecting the Gains” in Kabahambi, Ntungamo Municipality.

He emphasized that the peace and security achieved under the NRM regime were built on a unique approach and the principles of a combined force, sacrifice, reconciliation, and visionary leadership.

“We must firmly reject the politics of tribe, religion, and gender if we are to preserve the hard-won peace and security that Uganda has enjoyed since 1986.The peace we have today was built on sacrifice, reconciliation, and visionary leadership. To protect these gains, I challenge every Ugandan to renounce sectarianism in all its forms,” Rodgers stated.

He urged all Ugandans to continue supporting President Museveni and the NRM, citing infrastructure projects such as roads, hospitals, and schools across the country, and in Ntungamo District in particular.

Kiiza Godfrey, the NRM Chairman for Ntungamo Sub-County, stated that the NRM government has enabled Ugandans who had fled into exile to return home and rebuild their country.

Through its NRM Mobilization Task Force, Free and Rich Uganda has pledged its support to the NRM party and announced it will traverse the entire Ntungamo District to campaign for President Museveni and all NRM flag bearers ahead of the 2026 general elections.
