RUKIGA, UGANDA – The dispatch of a substantial cement donation to Rukiga District schools and churches, a pledge fulfilled by area MP Hon. Bish Roland Ndyomugyenyi, has officially commenced.

The cement, now being distributed, is expected to accelerate the development of essential infrastructure for religious and educational institutions.
Distribution coordinator Alban Katareiha confirmed the commencement of the exercise, reiterating the legislator’s commitment to honoring promises made to constituents.
โThe Honorable Bish Ndyomugyenyi earlier made several pledges towards the construction and renovation of schools and churches during his engagements with the community. Today, we are witnessing his commitment to fulfilling those pledges. This donation is a testament to that,” Katareiha stated.
He emphasized that the cement delivery is part of the MP’s ongoing dedication to the district’s development, with a commitment to fulfilling all remaining pledges and continuing support for local institutions.
The beneficiary list encompasses a wide range of institutions across the district, including Kyerero Primary School, Kakamba Primary School, Muhanga All Saints Church, Muhanga Catholic Church, Kashekye Catholic Church, Kabaale Church of Uganda (COU), Gongora Catholic Church, and Nyakarambi COU.
Other beneficiaries include Nyamambo COU, Kafunjo Hiika Catholic Church, Nyaruziba COU, Burime Catholic Church, Mukayaga Deliverance Church, Nkuruura Church, Kabira Catholic Church, Ngooma Hiika Catholic Church, All Saints Church Kashabya, Ruyondo COU, and Mukekuba COU.
The strategic donation is expected to contribute significantly to the enhancement of the learning and worship environment, providing a crucial infrastructural boost for community development within Rukiga District.
