KISORO: A fatal road accident has claimed the life of a male juvenile and a pedal cyclist on spot, along Kisoro-Kabale highway in Kisoro district.

Sources have it that the vehicle UAQ 053R/UAV039V MAN trailer coming from Kisoro heading to Kabale was behind the pedal cyclist who lost control and fell on the road.
It is alleged that the said trailer found the cyclist down on ground and ended up knocking him dead.
The Kigezi Police Spokesperson ASP Elly Maate confirmed to this reporter that the scene was visited, documented and the body taken to Kisoro hospital mortuary for postmortem.
Maate added that the driver was put in police custody as inquiries continues and both Trailer and bicycle were also parked at Kisoro police yard pending IOV inspection.
