Delivering the spiritual word to the newlyweds and congregation at the function held at Kyempene Pentecostal Assemblies of God (P.A.G) in Rugarama Sub-County, the clergyman laid out the biblical blueprint for marital success.
Rev. Mantanta urged groom Agape to cherish his wife with unconditional love as the indispensable foundation of a strong relationship and emphasized to bride Susan the vital role of mutual respect for a fulfilling life together.
“My son Agape, love your wife unconditionally, because true love is the indispensable foundation of a strong and healthy relationship. To you, my daughter Susan, respect him, because respect is crucial for a fulfilling life together,” stated Rev. Mantanta.
He further urged the couple to focus on building a strong foundation for their family and ensuring the well-being of all members, highlighting that a thriving marriage requires intentional effort and godly principles.
Pastor Daud Byarugaba of Kyempene P.A.G. also advised the youth in attendance to avoid premarital relationships, underscoring the importance of patience and purity as exemplified by the virtuous journey of Agape and Susan.
The newlyweds vowed to defend and protect their marriage for a lifetime, with a visibly moved Agape expressing deep gratitude to Rev. Mantanta for his profound teachings.
He also took a moment to publicly praise his new wife for her character and unwavering commitment, sealing his words with a vow to stand by her side always.
