The suspects were arrested after a young man from Bukedia reported to the authorities that he was lured to Kisoro with promises of a job at a hotel, only to be forced into homosexual acts.

According to Kisoro District Police Commander Ben Niwamanya Kashumbusha, the two suspects were arrested from a hotel in Kisoro Municipality.
