Inquiries are currently ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding his demise and to confirm the rightful cause of his death, ensuring that all facts are uncovered and justice is served,&#8221; said Elly Maate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Cue in &#8230; Maate on the incident.
