Hospital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This innovative system, as confirmed by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Diana Atwine, links the Digital Hospital System with URA platforms, revolutionizing Non-Tax Revenue management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new system enhances transparency, efficiency, and accountability in all financial transactions for paid services, ensuring that patients&#8217; payments are accurately recorded and managed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Dr. Atwine, this marks the beginning of a nationwide rollout to all public health facilities offering services under the cost-sharing plan, demonstrating the government&#8217;s commitment to embracing technology-driven healthcare solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The integration of the automated system is expected to reduce errors, minimize revenue leakage, and improve the overall quality of care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ministry of Health has been working on various initiatives to enhance healthcare services, including collaborations with international partners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For instance, Mulago National Referral Hospital has partnered with MU-JHU Care Ltd in research and quality patient care,
