I waited for hours,&#8221; she remarked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fellow resident Natukwasa Phieonah expressed deep frustration after arriving early specifically for family planning enrollment, only to wait all morning in vain as the doctors never showed up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;I came specifically to be enrolled in family planning, but the doctors never showed up.
