with&nbsp;the&nbsp;Criminal Investigations Directorate (CID) and the&nbsp;Office of the Director of Public Prosecution (ODPP) on Friday&nbsp;arraigned 3 suspects before Masaka Chief Magistrate&#8217;s Court&nbsp;on counts of forgeries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The three include;&nbsp;Businessman Dungu Henry Matovu, Masaka MZO ICT Officer Kireri John, and Land Surveyor Onyango Patrick both&nbsp;charged with 24 counts of forgery, uttering false documents, and fraudulent procurement of title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The accused individuals are alleged to have forged a land title and imposed it on the pre-existing title of Kulsum Patel, which comprised 267 acres in Lwengo District.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subsequently, Dungu and others proceeded to subdivide and sell off the land, and later used goons to forcefully evict Patel from the property.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Appearing before the Masaka Chief Magistrate&#8217;s Court, the suspects were remanded until 18th June 2024 when they will re appear for
