Every minute a patient waits because a nurse is absent is a minute their life is put at risk. We shall not look away. We shall keep visiting, keep inspecting, and keep holding everyone accountable,&#8221; stated RDC Rosemary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ms. Rosemary further drew a hard line on laxity by equating absenteeism and delays to the theft of public resources, and invoked the President&#8217;s current focus on fighting corruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She acknowledged the government\u2019s investment in infrastructure at Ruhoko Health Centre III, noting that its structural backbone remains strong with a good building, a maternity ward, and other wards to help patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The RDC was accompanied by a team including the Ntungamo Municipality Mayor Jacob Kafureka Jakex, Municipal Human Resource Officer Mr. Fred, and the Municipal Council\u2019s Secretary for Health and Education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon finding the facility in a state of poor sanitation, Ms. Atuhaire demonstrated hands-on leadership by leading the entire team in a general cleaning exercise to immediately improve hygiene at the centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meanwhile, Mayor Jacob Kafureka Jakex echoed the Deputy RDC\u2019s sentiments, pledging the municipality\u2019s full support in rooting out indiscipline among health workers across the municipality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
