Rev. Amanya made the remarks on November 2, while closing a three-day youth conference held at Makerere College of Business and Computer studies, located in Kagyera Cell, Western Division, Rukungiri Municipality.

Rev. Amanya emphasized the importance of personal reflection, accountability, and spiritual renewal, urging the youth to remain focused on building a bright future.

Rev. Amanya called on them to engage in meaningful activities, assist their parents with household responsibilities, and avoid harmful behaviors such as drug abuse, delinquency, gambling, adultery, and negative peer influence.

He reminded the youth that, “those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

Ainomugisha encouraged the youth to reaffirm their faith, strengthen their spiritual discipline, and deepen their relationship with God. He said the conference was held under the theme drawn from Isaiah 40:31, emphasizing hope and renewal through faith in God.
