Kampala, Uganda – General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, has made a shocking statement on Twitter, conditioning his appearance before the Defence Committee on their willingness to “crawl” before him.
The Uganda’s Chief of Defence Forces also demanded a whopping 10 trillion shillings for the Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) budget.
In his tweet, Kainerugaba stated, “I will accept the Defence Committee to see my face…if they all come crawling. NONE of them are allowed to stand before me. If they all crawl properly, I will allow them to take my budget to parliament!”
The statement has sparked outrage and raised eyebrows among Ugandans, viewing this as a display of arrogance and disrespect towards the Defence Committee and the parliamentary process.
It’s worth noting that General Kainerugaba had recently deleted his Twitter account, citing instructions from Jesus Christ to focus on his military duties.
However, he has since returned to the platform, leaving many to speculate about his motivations and intentions.
