SHEEMA: Police in Sheema district have in its Custody a 26 year’s old man allegedly for torturing and raping Ladies within Kabwohe town.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!The suspect identified as Herman Tinyefuuza a resident of Nyanga Ward Kabwohe Division Sheema Municipality who was arrested after ladies whose names withheld, stormed to the police claiming to have been raped and beaten by the suspect.
Speaking to our reporter, one of the victims, said that the suspect attacked her and raped her through her Anus and getting treatment at Mushanga Health III after she sustained injuries during the act.
Another Victim said that Herman Tinyefuuza attacked and pushed her to his house, and with anger the suspect grabbed a nearby hang line and started hitting her on the head until the parents of the suspect came to rescue the situation.
The District Councilor Hon. Elly Kamanyi, alleges that Herman Tinyefuuza (the suspect) may be among the many other individuals engaged in using drugs and goes ahead to terrorize the citizens.
Speaking to this reporter the DPC district Sheema district Ms. Consilanta Kasule confirmed Herman Tinyefuuza’s arrest saying that they have arrested him on different charges and was recently released from prison.
The DPC further advised women to stop moving alone at night plus engaging in other duty activities like; taking alcohol, using drugs among others that may land them to unworthy people.
The arrest of Herman Tinyefuuza follows the tragic murder of a 25-year-old waitress Shallot Turyahabwe 25 who is suspect have been killed after being raped.
The deceased who worked at Dorah’s Hotel in Market Cell, Kabwohe, Sheema Municipality died in an incident that occurred during the night of Sunday, April 21st, 2024, at an undisclosed time.
